Welcome to Harmonian. By accessing or using our website, web applications, or any other services provided by Harmonian Software (M) Sdn Bhd (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Harmonian Software (M) Sdn Bhd provides mental wellness software through text and voice. Our Services offer emotional support, self-help tools and routes to human help. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment: our AI does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and is not a counsellor, psychologist or doctor. Our Services include:

• GuideX — workplace mental health coaching with an anonymous dashboard for employers, built with and approved by licensed psychologists at PsyHome Asia
• Harmonian AI — a free AI support chat in the app and on WhatsApp, with crisis tools, a mood journal, and a directory of licensed Malaysian therapists
• IPC Super App — clinical assessments, counsellor booking and personality matching for clients of International Psychology Centre
• EmoCall — anonymous voice support calls, matched by topic

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via our Services. You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services.

The Harmonian AI Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Harmonian AI, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Harmonian AI does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Harmonian AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harmonian AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
