Four products are live: GuideX (workplace EQ coaching, built with PsyHome Asia), Harmonian AI (free support on the web and on WhatsApp), the IPC Super App (built with International Psychology Centre) and EmoCall (anonymous peer support voice calls).

The centre runs the assessment or the session. We build to that centre's requirements, keep care going with AI follow-up and coaching in four languages, and the centre sells a better service under its own brand — and keeps the client.

GuideX is workplace EQ coaching built with PsyHome Asia. Employees upload their PsyHome Mind Report and get coached by Ana — our AI coach — in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Simplified or Traditional Chinese, by text, voice note or live voice call. Employers get an anonymous HR dashboard, and GuideX programmes are HRD Corp claimable. It is live at guidex.harmonian.online.

The IPC Super App is built for International Psychology Centre's clients. Psychology (DASS-21 and the 124-item Deep Psychological Programmes inventory, AI summaries, AI counselling, SOS to an IPC counsellor and booking), Dating and a Supplement Shop are live under one login, with Resonance sound therapy coming soon. It is live at app.counseling.com.my.

No. We don't assess, diagnose or treat. If someone is at real risk, we send them to a licensed psychologist. GuideX and the IPC Super App are built with and approved by licensed psychologists at PsyHome Asia and International Psychology Centre. Harmonian AI and EmoCall are built in-house and are not clinical services. Harmonian AI's directory lists 508 Malaysian therapists for when you want a person.

An AI that listens in four languages, crisis tools (SOS with 11 verified hotlines and 202 police stations, Panic Mode that works without logging in, and Quick Exit), a mood tracker and private journal, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments, a directory of 508 Malaysian therapists, and the Legal and Financial Shield — six tools covering mule-account checks, police report preparation, debt calculations, an evidence locker, letter templates and a bankruptcy guide.

Harmonian AI and GuideX support English, Bahasa Malaysia, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. The IPC Super App supports English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. EmoCall supports 50 languages, including right-to-left Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Urdu. This website is available in English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu.

Mental health records are the most sensitive category under Malaysia's PDPA and we treat them that way. Conversations are encrypted and are never used to train AI models, and you can export or delete your data. GuideX's HR dashboard shows only aggregates, and nothing at all until five people have contributed.

Yes. Every Malaysian company with 10 or more staff already pays 1% of monthly payroll to HRD Corp, and that levy can only be recovered against approved training. GuideX programmes qualify.

HR sees nothing until five people have actually contributed — counted by who spoke, not who was enrolled — and even then only aggregates. The floor is enforced in code, not policy. Analytics that could identify an individual is analytics no employee will be honest with.
