We don't diagnose or treat anyone.
If someone is at real risk, we send them to a licensed psychologist. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Crisis checks on every message
Harmonian AI checks every message for risk before anything else — before consent, before any paywall, before the AI answers. It draws on 11 verified Malaysian hotlines and 202 police stations, and our build fails if any prompt carries a phone number we have not verified.
Your words stay yours
Conversations are encrypted, protected under Malaysia's PDPA, and never used to train AI. You can export or delete your data.
Anonymous on EmoCall
No name, no profile, no signup. A safety check every two minutes, and one report blocks that person from ever matching with you again.

Why we built this
Built in Malaysia, for the way we actually talk.
Harmonian Software is a Malaysian company in Petaling Jaya. We build Harmonian AI and EmoCall ourselves, and we build GuideX and the IPC Super App together with licensed psychologists at PsyHome Asia and International Psychology Centre.
I built Harmonian AI because too many people here have nowhere to take a bad night. Malaysia has about 400 clinical psychologists — one for every 87,500 people — so most people never get through the door. We made the first door free, in the languages we actually speak, and anyone at real risk gets pointed to a licensed professional.
